Pm Narendra Modi on Friday saluted the soldiers of Indian Army who will be deployed in Ladakh and are protecting India’s border.
Younger crowd paid tribute to soldiers who have been killed from the face-off with Chinese soldiers in the Galwan Valley on June 15.
“The bravery that your and you compatriots showed, a note went to everyone about India’s strength. ” PM Modi said while addressing the soldiers, nation rests peacefully because of your bravery.
Next he said that this persistence for self-reliant India is strengthened because of the sacrifice and bravery of our soldiers.
PM Modi underscored that India had always pursued the way of peace on the planet but simultaneously, people who find themselves weak can never initiate steps for peace. Bravery and courage is often a prerequisite for peace.
He also said the persistence for self-reliant India is strengthened due to the bravery and sacrifice individuals soldiers. “The enemies of Mother India have seen your fire and fury,” said PM? Modi.
Accompanied by Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat and Army Chief Manoj Mukund Naravane, PM? Modi reached Leh on Friday morning. He went right to XIV Corps headquarters at Nimu outside Leh to comprehend the Chinese belligerence in Ladakh with Corps Commander Lt Gen Harinder Singh briefing Narendra Modi in presence of Northern Army Commander Lt Gen Y K Joshi.

The choice of PM Modi to go to Leh was kept under wraps till he landed at the airport with the entire coordination made by National Security Advisor Ajit Rawat, Doval and Naravane. Doval, who left self-imposed isolation after a fortnight, chose to remain last Delhi.
Union ministers have hailed PM Modi’s visit, saying it has boosted the morale from the army. Among those who posted in regards to the prime minister’s visit were home minister Amit Shah, defence minister Rajnath Singh, and Union ministers Prakadh Smriti and Jadavadekar Irani.
